For years, Connecticut’s Cinema Stare have been crafting pop punk that is as heartfelt as it is infectious. The band have now released the Stink EP via Static Era Records. Produced, engineered, and mixed by Chris Teti at Silver Bullet Studios with mastering by Will Putney, the six tracks strike with high energy and emotional output. Taking cues from Motion City Soundtrack, Fall Out Boy, and Michelle Branch, you’ll hear passionate vocals, punchy guitars, and unique keyboard arrangements. While Cinema Stare give a bright delivery, the lyrics address the trying times of being a young adult in the modern world.
Cinema Stare will be playing a Stink EP release show on the 29th August at Milford, CT’s Rockhopper with support from Waiver and Nicoteens.
