Las Vegas punk trio We Might Die have returned with their most confrontational release to date, the blistering new single ICED OUT. Written from the perspective of an ICE agent, the track delivers a searing, satirical takedown of state violence and the justifications used to defend it, it’s a loud, fast, and furious spiritual successor to the classic protest punk lineage of Dead Kennedys‘ Police Truck. With ICED OUT, We Might Die make it clear that their next chapter will be louder, more direct, and more dangerous, a reminder that punk remains a space for truth, resistance, and community. The single marks the first new material since the band’s 2025 full-length Hate You, an eleven song statement that established We Might Die as an urgent new voice in underground punk.
Driven by a volatile push-and-pull between accusation and self-defense, ICED OUT weaponizes We Might Die‘s signature blend of hardcore velocity and hook-heavy punk into a song that refuses neutrality. It’s a direct response to the band’s anger and grief at what they see happening across the United States right now, neighbors being killed, families separated, and people of color imprisoned, and a call for listeners to share in that outrage rather than look away.

We Might Die will be hitting the road in the US from the 14th March, the Hate Maxing Tour kicks off on the 14th March in Las Vegas, NV and runs through to March 24th when the tour concludes in Ogden, UT.
