Garage rock stalwarts The Woggles have kicked off their 2026 with the release of their brand-new digital single, Love Tick, that arrives alongside the official pre-order launch for their upcoming collection, Stop and Take A Minute, that will be released on May 8th via Wicked Cool Records. While Love Tick surges forward with fresh electricity, Stop and Take A Minute digs deep into The Woggles‘ vault, gathering hard-to-find tracks, overlooked gems, and choice cuts that showcase the band’s raw power and enduring groove. Far from a simple retrospective, the album captures the breadth of a group that has spent more than three decades keeping real rock ‘n’ roll alive and dangerous.
For a band more than thirty years deep into its run, The Woggles continue to operate not as a legacy act, but as a forward-moving force. The single also arrives as The Woggles prepare to hit Atlanta’s Star Bar on the 7th March, they will then head out to sea on the Underground Garage Cruise this April alongside the likes of Social Distortion, Marky Ramone, Barrence Whitfield & The Savages, The Courettes, The Dollyrots, The Supersuckers and Red Kross.
