After four years in the making, LA’s The Manic Standstill have released their brand new album, MOVING via Double Helix Records and Wiretap Records. Frontman Adam Bones (Save Ferris / The Two Tens) helms the project with a dynamic blend of Punk grit, Power Pop hooks and Rock swagger. The album was primarily produced by Bones and drummer Brad Dickert, with two tracks produced by Davey Warsop. The album also features contributions from friends across the Punk and Indie community, including members of The Offspring, Teenage Bottlerocket, The Dollyrots, Go Betty Go, The Aquabats!, Prima Donna, Billy Liar, The Lillingtons and The Screamers.
“This album has been 4 years in the making and we’re so excited that it’s finally coming out! We feel very grateful for everyone that was involved in making MOVING happen. So many friends participated in its creation and it was wonderful to collaborate with all of them. The album tackles personal feelings such as hope and despair, joy and sadness. But overall, there’s something for everyone and it’ll definitely get you… MOVING! We know you’re going to love the album as much as we do!” (Adam Bones)

The Manic Standstill will be hitting the road in the US next month and you can grab a copy of the album at all dates, including the official record release show at LA’s The Redwood Bar on October 3rd.
