Cambridgeshire garage-punks The Baby Seals have returned with a fierce take down of consumer capitalism on new single, Tamoo Trance, which is out today via Trapped Animal Records (UK) & Green Island Music (IND). Following acclaim for last year’s debut album Chaos and a recent tour with new wave legends Bow Wow Wow, the band share a track about getting stuck in a trance-like state in an online shop.

Racing with seething, swirling energy and gritty raw emotion, Tamoo Trance combines their trademark playful tongue-in-cheek wit with a voracious sense of rage, taking aim at the effect consumer culture can have if we let it take hold. Tamoo Trance is out now on 7-inch double A-side single and via streaming platforms.
