Edmonton, AB’s female fronted madhouse punk act Midnight Peg are storming back onto the scene with their volatile new single, Thirstland, that is out now via Thousand Islands Records, the track is the first glimpse into the band’s sophomore album, Skinning, that is due out in October.

Kicking off with a searing riff reminiscent of At the Drive In, Thirstland is a genre-smashing ride through dense hardcore aggression, jagged OG emo, and chaotic polyrhythmic turns. It’s melodic mayhem that’s urgent, catchy, and just unhinged enough to keep you on edge.
