New York / New Jersey punk upstarts Homebase have today released their new EP, Close To Something, that delivers another blast of high-energy, emotionally charged punk that captures the restless momentum of a band quickly making their mark on the scene. The EP channels the band’s signature mix of urgency, vulnerability, and explosive energy. Across the release, Homebase fuse the aggression of hardcore with the hook-driven punch of pop punk, creating songs designed to be shouted back from the front row.

With the Close To Something EP, Homebase push that sound even further, louder, tighter, and more anthemic, cementing their reputation as one of the most promising new bands emerging from the Northeast punk scene. To celebrate the EP release, the band will continue bringing their high-energy live show to stages across the region this Spring including appearances at Montclair, NJ’s Meatlocker on the 3rd April and New York’s Arlene’s Grocery on the 25th April.
