Joyblasters are an Indie Punk from the South of France, born in 2020 from the ashes of Water Mane, the former band of singer & guitarist Clément Gary. The band’s music is directly influenced by the American Punk Rock, Indie Punk, and Midwest Emo scenes. Joyblasters’ lyrics reflect life as they experience it, a daily mix of humor, sincerity, and that contagious, ever-positive energy that makes you want to dance. Their new album, Back To Pizza Planet, is set to be released next month via Cat’s Claw Records (UK), Crapoulet Records (FR), Pasidaryk Pats Records (LT) and Punk Rock Radar (US).
On stage, it’s a festive, melodic, and heartfelt cocktail. No grand moral lessons, no pointless anger, just personal stories, snapshots of life, and choruses that stick in your head. Their music aims to be melodic and joyful, with the goal of entertaining as much as moving the audience. Fans of pizza, the band uses this iconic dish in all their visuals, mainly for fun, but also because pizza is a symbol of inclusivity that brings people together. It represents the kind of simple joy that’s meant to be shared.
