Norwich, UK Punkgrass quintet The Cain Pit combine their love of 00s punk with bluegrass and other roots music, the band have released their latest EP, Joy, that follows up on their 2024 debut EP, Sorrow. Joy & Sorrow are both available through streaming platforms and as name your price downloads via Bandcamp.

The Cain Pit will appearing at Lincoln, UK’s The Drill on August 9th alongside TSOL and at London’s New Cross Inn on August 10th with Raygun Cowboys.
