Chapel Hill, NC’s Superintendo have joined the Punkerton Records roster and released their ambitious new single, Inhaling Confetti, through streaming platforms. The track marks their first official release with the label, following their standout contribution to the labels Rock Against Trump Vol. 1 compilation, God Bless The Billionaires.

“I almost dropped this song from the album because I continually re-wrote it and wasn’t happy with it. I didn’t know what I was doing or what the song was even trying to be about until the final re-writes, which included the 6/8 breakdown and guitar variations on the intro theme. Inhaling Confetti is about what it feels like to make music. It’s like the stages of grief. I went through all of them while writing this song in response to writing the song.“ (frontman Luke West)
