Since its founding in 2020 by guitarist Jon Montano and drummer Audrey Gore, Spokane WA’s Psychic Death has become a mainstay in the Pacific Northwest hardcore scene. Taking their cues from Spazz, Siege and early Die Kreutzen, Psychic Death has created a unique sound, melding the relentlessness of 80’s hardcore with the intensity and passion of the chaotic 90s West Coast scene. The Spokane hardcore stalwarts have now announced that they will release Trilogy, their vinyl debut on August 8th via Two Two One Press. The album collects the band’s three EPs along with unreleased bonus tracks. The collection also features new cover artwork from Brianna Miller and includes a lyric sheet spanning the band’s entire body of work.

Originally released on cassette between 2021 and 2024, the Psychic Death, Psychic Death 2 and Psychic Death III: The Final Chapter EPs united searing guitar, explosive drumming and a pummelling low end with the frenzied vocals of Gore. Joined by bassist Jeff Glinski in 2022, the trio has gained notoriety throughout the Pacific Northwest, Psychic Death will be hitting the road during the latter half of 2025 before returning to the studio to record their next batch of ragers.
