Phoenix, AZ hardcore crew Overstand are set to take things to the next level with the release of their long-awaited debut full-length album, Take Control, on October 3rd. Leading the charge is the scorching single, Short Fuse State, that arrives on September 5th via Stomping Ground Records, the track will arrive with a music video and a cover of Agnostic Front‘s Bomber Zee on the flipside. Short Fuse State will also feature a special guest appearance from Puerto Rican Myke (Skarhead / District 9), who lends his voice to an already intense track.

With members of Warzone, Roger Miret & The Disasters, Vision, District 9, Casket Life, North Side Kings and The Outlaw Vinnie Stigma in the ranks, Overstand has quickly become a name to watch. Overstand isn’t interested in nostalgia or posturing, they’re here to Take Control, and their new material makes that abundantly clear.
