Old Neon is unlikely. Five strangers from Pittsburgh, PA coming together as the world was opening up again, never knowing if they would ever get to play a show. Unlikely that a band would make it through so many personal and creative differences to create their own tapestry of pop punk and grow together and become greater than the some of their parts. Unlikely that they would share stages with the biggest names in their genre, and challenge themselves as writers, and make it work at all. From the brink of breaking up altogether, the band have now delivered their most moving work to date.

The Pittsburgh Pop Punks have today released their new EP, Resolution, that was produced and engineered by Matt Brasch, mixed by Nick Steinborn (The Wonder Years) and mastered by Will Yip. Old Neon are currently on tour in the US and will be appearing at Pittsburgh’s Bottle Rocket today (the 23rd May), Columbus, OH’s Dirty Dungarees on the 24th May and Newport, KY’s The Southgate House Revival on the 25th May.
